Q: Who runs For Fans?
A: The website (www.forfans.co.uk) is operated by GFM Holdings Ltd, a registered company based in Colchester, Essex. GFM also host and run a number of newspaper fantasy football games.
Q: How long is my order likely to take to be delivered?
A: All programmes are delivered first class from our warehouse. Whilst we will always try to deliver the programmes to you in time for the game, we do not guarantee this as they often only arrive at our warehouse direct from the football clubs a day or 2 before each match.
Q. Why are lower and Scottish league clubs not listed?
A. We have launched For Fans focusing initially in the Premier League and Championship League clubs. We hope to add other English and Scottish leagues shortly and also programmes from other sports matches.
Q: I'd like to order a programme for a Cup game - where are these listed?
A: Click on Cup Games button on the left hand side of the screen and if Cup match programmes are not listed then leave us your details. We will contact you by email when the schedules are released and when we know which teams are playing as they progress through each round. We will only use the information you give us for this purpose.
Q. How are the programmes packed and posted?
A: Programmes are packed in sturdy envelopes to prevent damage in transit. All programmes are despatched first class via the Royal Mail to be with you as quickly as possibly. Postage and packing is included in the price for UK deliveries.
Q: Can I order from overseas?
A: Yes. Please note that an additonal charge for postage will be made for overseas orders. This will be shown at the 'checkout'. Programmes will be sent by Airmail.
Q: Can I cancel a subscription or return a programme?
A: Yes, please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details.
Q: Theres a match this Saturday and the programme for it is not listed on the website - why?
A: For Fans orders programmes in advance from each club for each match. We have to allow between 3 and 10 working days for the programmes to be printed and delivered to us before they are despatched quickly to you. Therefore we have to remove some upcoming matches from the website as we are unable to order programmes in time.
Q: I ordered the 10 ten programmes for my team but one is different to what I ordered - why?
A: Match schedules on For Fans are up to date at the time of viewing. If you place an order for 10 programmes and subsequently one of those matches is rescheduled to a later date, we will send you the next available match programme. This may mean that you do not receive one of the programmes that was originally shown on For Fans. You will of course still get 10 different programmes from the team of your choice.
Q: I haven't been sent a programme I ordered - where is it?
A: Occasionally programmes will not be available but we will do our best to get what you ordered to you. If not then we will normally send you an additional match programme for your chosen team. If that's not possible, we'll contact you and refund you the full individual cost of the programme.
Q: What if I cannot order online or want to pay by cheque or postal order?
A: We're hoping to be able to take orders by phone or post shortly. Please visit the site again soon or use the 'Contact Us' button to leave your details so that we can contact you when the new ordering service is ready.
