The following terms and conditions apply to all online payments made to For Fans service.
Please read these T&Cs very carefully before you make an online payment. Please note that by using the online payments facility on this web site you have accepted these terms;
1. Your payment will take a minimum of 2 working days to reach the account to which you are making a payment. You should take this into account when making your payment.
2. All payments will be processed on the information that you provide to us. GFM cannot accept liability if you make a mistake while completing a form or for any other reason outside of our control. You will be able to review the data that you have entered before finally submitting it for processing. Take care to click the 'buy' button once only. Please note that clicking the 'buy' button more than once may result in a second charge being made to your account.
3. GFM cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by your credit/debit card supplier. If your credit/debit card supplier declines payment, please be aware that we are not advised of the reason. You should check personally with your bank or credit/debit card supplier to make sure that payment has not been deducted from your account.
4. Confirmation of payment
Please supply a valid email address so we can confirm purchase. You will be given an option to print the screen details confirming your payment.
5. Delivery
If your order is accepted by GFM we will dispatch your order within 7 working days after a game has been played. Your credit/debit card will be debited on receipt of your order.
6. Programmes are ordered direct from each participating football club by For Fans. Between 3 and 10 working days are required to place orders with clubs. If an upcoming game is not listed for an individual team, it has been removed because the deadline has passed for ordering programmes for that match for that club. When you place an order with For Fans, you will be sent the programme that is available prior to each match. This may differ slightly to what was shown on the website when you ordered due to matches being rescheduled or cancelled. These are circumstances out of our control.
7. Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel your order at any time before your order is delivered.

If you wish to return goods you do so at your own expense. The goods must be in new and unused condition. Please note that you must return them by recorded delivery with adequate packing within 7 working days of receipt so that GFM can credit you with the total amount of your order. Upon satisfactory and timely receipt GFM will credit your credit/debit card (or otherwise refund) the total amount of your order.
